The NALA Front-Facing Bookshelf turns favourite books into part of the room. With covers displayed face-forward, everything is easy to see, browse, and reach, from children’s picture books and bedtime favourites to magazines, cookbooks, art books, and treasured collections.

The adjustable shelves can be repositioned to suit different book heights or left out when you need extra room for larger books, toys, decor, or keepsakes. Available in 3-tier and 5-tier options, NALA adapts beautifully to different collections and spaces.

Crafted from premium solid pinewood and designed in Australia, its slim profile and timeless natural look fit effortlessly into bedrooms, playrooms, living spaces, home offices, classrooms, and reading corners.

Safety has been thoughtfully considered throughout the design. Wall anchoring is required at all times for safe and secure use, and the NALA must be securely anchored before use. Wall anchors are included, however, different wall types may require alternative suitable anchors. The bookshelf is suitable for skirting boards under 150 mm high and 15 mm deep and is designed to meet Australian & New Zealand safety standards.

Wall anchors are included; however, you may need to purchase alternative anchors depending on your wall type.
For a secure fit, drill the pilot hole using a drill bit slightly smaller than the anchor, or start the hole with a similar-sized nail.
Do not drill a hole the same size or larger than the anchor, as this may prevent it from holding securely.
Suitable for skirting boards under 150 mm high and 15 mm deep.
Always ensure the bookshelf is securely anchored to the wall before use.

Care

Wipe clean with a soft, damp cloth and dry immediately afterwards.

We absolutely love the NALA Bookshelf!

The quality is amazing and it feels really sturdy and well made. One of my favourite things is that the books are displayed facing forward, which not only looks beautiful in our playroom but also makes it so much easier for my toddler to see and choose their own books.
It's the perfect height for little ones, encouraging independence and making story time part of their everyday routine. Assembly was straightforward and it feels very secure once set up. I was looking for a solution to store tons of books my kids have and I was surprised to come across such tall bookshelf. It has been the perfect addition to our kids room. It fits so many books, looks good and is good quality. I’ve had so many compliments from other parents asking where it’s from. I don’t usually do online reviews but this warranted one as I love it so much and my kids can easily grab their books (for now they can reach the lower 3 shelves).

Gorgeous slimline bookshelf! The wood quality is lovely, whole thing feels very solid. Not climbing frame solid, but as solid as you can get with the dimensions. Well thought out design with the kickboard cutout

Just be sure that your wall paint will stand up to the abrasion from having the books stand against it as there's no backing to the shelves. If not, you could always pick up some thin plywood cabinet backplate for a few dollars to fix between the shelves and wall

Wonderful bookshelf for my kid’s room. Holds tons of books. I love how the shelves are adjustable. Fairly easy to assemble, however, the mounting brackets were slightly difficult to use as the holes are small.
