At myduckling, safety and quality are at the heart of everything we do.

Following the care and safety guidelines below will help maintain the appearance, performance, and longevity of your product.

Product Care

  • Clean the product using a soft cloth lightly dampened with water.
  • For wooden products, you may use a wood furniture cleaner suitable for the product's finish. Always follow the manufacturer's instructions and test the cleaner on a small, inconspicuous area first.
  • Do not use alcohol-based products, harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, or scouring pads, as these may damage the finish.
  • Keep the product in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated environment.
  • Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, excessive moisture, or extreme temperatures, as this may affect the materials over time.

  • Products should only be used on a stable, level surface.
