At myduckling, safety and quality are at the heart of everything we do.
Following the care and safety guidelines below will help maintain the appearance, performance, and longevity of your product.
Product Safety
- Adult assembly is required for all products.
- Adult supervision is recommended whenever children are using the product.
- Keep all packaging materials, screws, and small parts away from children during assembly.
- Always read and follow the assembly instructions, safety warnings, and usage guidelines provided with the product.
- Use the product only for its intended purpose and age range.
- Products should only be used on a stable, level surface.
- Regularly inspect all screws, fittings, and components to ensure they remain secure and in good condition.
- Learning Towers must always be positioned firmly against a kitchen bench or countertop during use. They are designed to be supported by the bench and should not be used as a freestanding platform or climbing structure.
- Discontinue use immediately if any part becomes damaged, broken, or loose until it has been repaired or replaced. If you are unsure whether the product is safe to continue using, or if you believe the issue may be covered under warranty, please contact our customer support team for assistance at support@myduckling.com.au

Our products are manufactured using non-toxic materials and responsibly sourced FSC-certified wood where applicable.
Product Care
- Clean the product with a soft cloth lightly dampened with water, then wipe dry with a clean cloth to ensure all surfaces are completely dry.
- For wooden products, you may use a wood furniture cleaner suitable for the product's finish. Always follow the manufacturer's instructions and test the cleaner on a small, inconspicuous area first.
- Avoid using alcohol-based products, harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, or solvents, as these may damage the painted or varnished finish over time.
- Keep the product in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated environment.
- Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, excessive moisture, or extreme temperatures, as this may affect the materials over time.
