We offer a 30-day return period from the date of purchase for change-of-mind returns.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and unassembled
- In its original condition
- Returned in the original packaging
- Complete with all original parts, tools, accessories, instruction manuals, and packaging materials
Please note that returns may be refused if any components are missing or if the product is not returned in a resaleable condition.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind:

- Clearance Items

How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please contact our customer support team at support@myduckling.com.au with your order number and the reason for the return.
Our team will provide you with the return instructions and return address details.
Return Shipping
For change-of-mind returns:
- Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item.
- The original outbound shipping fee is non-refundable
- We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as myduckling cannot be held responsible for items that are lost, damaged, or delayed during return transit.
If a returned item has been opened, assembled, or is not returned in its original condition, a restocking fee may be deducted from the refund amount to cover inspection, repackaging, and handling costs.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, please allow 3 – 5 business days for processing.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method and a confirmation email will be sent to you.
Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
myduckling does not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return the original product in accordance with this policy and place a new order for your preferred item.
Products Purchased from Other Retailers
We are unable to accept returns for products purchased through third-party retailers or stockists.
If your item was purchased from another store, please contact the original retailer directly and refer to their return policy for assistance.
