Description

The tabletop has a raised lip to stop pencils rolling off, and a smooth sliding drawer underneath keeps crayons, brushes and paper tidy and within reach — so packing up is as easy as sitting down.
The matching chair carries a sweet duck or bear cut-out in the backrest, and the whole set is built from solid wood with softly rounded corners and a non-toxic, lead-free finish — safe for busy hands and everyday spills.

On 1 leg of chair on the lowest setting, the bolt is very loose. Not secure for my 2 year old to sit on chair.

We have been using the table and chair since my child was 8 months old, first for snacks and at the moment at 12 months old we have been using it for painting, drawing and puzzles. It looks beautiful in our living room and looked great near our dinning table when it was being used for meals. It is well made, sturdy and very easy to clean. We did have some issues with the screws on the chair but the customer service was excellent and we were assisted perfectly. Highly recommend purchasing from MyDuckling!
I’m having an issue assembling the product. The screw holes are not aligned with the threaded inserts inside the frame, so the screws cannot be threaded in. I’ve attached photos showing that the threaded inserts are offset from the holes. The parts appear to be manufactured out of alignment, making assembly impossible. I've contacted their team and they said they never had this problem before and ask me to shoot them a video to prove what I said. I think I have already spent a considerable amount of time assembling the product and have also tried loosening both sides as they suggested. The issue is that the threaded insert is misaligned, not the assembly sequence. This is a manufacturing defect and they don't want to admit it. After waiting for a couple of days, they still don't provide with a solution, and didn't reply me at all. I've purchased several pieces from them, and I can't believe this is how they treat their customer when something actually went wrong.......................
