On 1 leg of chair on the lowest setting

On 1 leg of chair on the lowest setting, the bolt is very loose. Not secure for my 2 year old to sit on chair.

Beautiful Montessori Table + Chair

We have been using the table and chair since my child was 8 months old, first for snacks and at the moment at 12 months old we have been using it for painting, drawing and puzzles. It looks beautiful in our living room and looked great near our dinning table when it was being used for meals. It is well made, sturdy and very easy to clean. We did have some issues with the screws on the chair but the customer service was excellent and we were assisted perfectly. Highly recommend purchasing from MyDuckling!

Poor customer service

I’m having an issue assembling the product. The screw holes are not aligned with the threaded inserts inside the frame, so the screws cannot be threaded in. I’ve attached photos showing that the threaded inserts are offset from the holes. The parts appear to be manufactured out of alignment, making assembly impossible. I've contacted their team and they said they never had this problem before and ask me to shoot them a video to prove what I said. I think I have already spent a considerable amount of time assembling the product and have also tried loosening both sides as they suggested. The issue is that the threaded insert is misaligned, not the assembly sequence. This is a manufacturing defect and they don't want to admit it. After waiting for a couple of days, they still don't provide with a solution, and didn't reply me at all. I've purchased several pieces from them, and I can't believe this is how they treat their customer when something actually went wrong.......................

Mealtimes are happy again!

I bought this for my nine month old baby, after reading Montessori advice on feeding. He hated the highchair, and would just lose focus and crawl away to make a mess when eating on a mat. Mealtimes became a nightmare for all involved, as we all got so frustrated.
Adjusted to his tiny size, we love sitting on the floor with our son at his table, and he loves that we are all eating together at his level! We are amazed at what a difference a table makes to his willingness to eat and ability to focus on mealtime. A good investment knowing it will grow with him. And with very limited space in the home, great to know it will double up as his desk with easy stow away tray for art and homework when mealtime comes round. Can't recommend enough!

Perfect little table!

Our daughter started having issues eating in a high chair, trying to climb out all the time. So we got her this little table to match table/chair setting she has in daycare and she loves it! The table and chair are sturdy but also light enough that she can move both to get up or sit down. I also love that the height has 4 adjustable settings so the set will grow with her.
