2 Year Structural Warranty

All myduckling products are backed by a 2 Year Structural Warranty, giving you added peace of mind with your purchase.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects and material faults for a period of 2 years from the original date of purchase.

At our discretion, myduckling will repair, replace, or provide replacement parts for products found to have a manufacturing or material defect during the warranty period.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage or faults resulting from:

• Incorrect assembly
• Improper storage or handling
• Use of unsuitable cleaning products
• Misuse, abuse, or neglect
• Failure to follow the recommended care, maintenance, and safety guidelines
• Normal wear and tear from everyday use
• Scratches, dents, cosmetic damage, or general ageing of materials
• Rips, pilling, creasing, staining, fading, or wear of upholstered or fabric components
• Fading, discolouration, warping, or deterioration caused by prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, moisture, or environmental conditions
• Use of the product for purposes other than its intended domestic use
• Products that have been altered, modified, repaired, or tampered with by an unauthorised party
• Damage caused by accidents, improper use, or external forces
• Events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, fire, flood, or other force majeure events

Commercial Use

This warranty applies to products used in a normal domestic environment only and does not cover products purchased or used for commercial, childcare, educational, rental, or business purposes.

Products Purchased from Retailers

If you purchased your myduckling product through one of our authorised retailers or stockists, please contact the original place of purchase for warranty assistance.

As we do not have access to third-party retailer systems or purchase records, they will be best placed to assist with your warranty claim.
