It is easy to assemble, of nice quality, and aesthetically pleasing. Our daughter loves to pull the books out, rearrange them, and put them back in.
I was worried this shelf would look a bit ‘unfinished’ as it’s not sealed. But it’s pretty good and has turned an awkward spot in my kids room into very useable space! Love that the shelves can be adjusted to suit the height of your books/toys. I don’t think any others on the market have this feature which is why I got this one as we have some large books!
I have pre-ordered a 5 tier adjustable solid wood bookshelf in mid June and the expected delivery date was Late-July. i was expected to receive a call when the item was ready to deliver as I do not know the exact delivery date. however, the courier company sent the product to an incorrect address and not even a call or SMS to notify that the product was delivered. After two weeks later, I figured out the preordered item was delivered when I randomly checked on the junk mail. This is definitely unacceptable and irresponsible. I tried to reach out to customer service support to complain the irresponsible delivery and now waiting for your valid explanation on this irresponsible behaviour.

We are sorry to hear that you had an unpleasant experience with the courier delivery. This is also not what we expected to happen. We totally understand your disappointment. However, we have no control of the delivery process by courier companies after the package left our warehouse. As we replied to your email early today, we would forward your complaints to the courier company and followed up with them for what has happened.
